Double Board-Certified Dermatologist & Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon

Dr. Kattie Allen has been caring for patients across Northwest Arkansas since 2012. She is a former managing partner and Medical Director of Premier Dermatology and Premier Aesthetics, where she built a reputation for combining advanced skin cancer care with a patient-first approach. A proud University of Arkansas alum and former Razorback All-American swimmer, Dr. Allen earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her internship, dermatology residency, and fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Board-certified in both dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery, Dr. Allen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and a member of the Arkansas Dermatological Society. Her expertise includes the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin cancer, with a focus on precision and compassionate care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Allen is actively involved in her church, Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas. She and her husband, Jon, stay busy raising their four children — one son and triplet daughters — along with their beloved dog, Charlie. A lifelong athlete, in her rare free time she enjoys swimming, running, triathlons, and hiking.

Courtney Book, MD, FAAD, FACMS

Double Board-Certified Dermatologist & Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon

Dr. Courtney Book is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who has been caring for patients in Northwest Arkansas since 2020. She earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Missouri, where she was inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa and Sigma Rho Sigma honorary societies. While there, she helped start the university’s student-run health clinic, MedZou, and received a campus-wide award for her commitment to community service. She completed her internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at Wake Forest University, followed by an accredited Mohs surgery fellowship at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California, where she trained under renowned surgeon Dr. Hugh Greenway — a direct protégé of Dr. Frederick Mohs, the pioneer of Mohs surgery. In addition to Mohs surgery, Dr. Book received advanced training in phlebology, cosmetic dermatology, and laser procedures. Dr. Book is a former managing partner of Premier Dermatology, diplomate of both the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and member of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has served nationally with the Women’s Dermatologic Society and the American Academy of Dermatology, including a role as committee chair. Over the course of her career, Dr. Book has performed thousands of Mohs surgeries, combining surgical precision with a compassionate approach to patient care. Her work has been presented at national meetings and published in textbooks and several peer-reviewed journals. A Missouri native, Dr. Book is proud to call Northwest Arkansas home. In her free time, you may find her cheering on the Mizzou Tigers and Razorbacks, enjoying live music or exploring the outdoors with her husband and two children.

Laura Battle, MD, FAAD

Double Board-Certified Dermatologist
& Dermatopathologist

Dr. Laura Battle is a double board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist who combines the unique ability to diagnose and treat skin conditions both clinically and under the microscope. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Rhodes College, graduating cum laude and receiving the Outstanding Achievement in Biochemistry Award, before completing her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. During medical school, she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received multiple academic awards, including the Calvin J. Dillaha Award and the White Coat Award. She went on to complete both her dermatology residency and internal medicine internship at UAMS, serving as co-chief resident in her final year, followed by a fellowship in dermatopathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. A fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the International Society of Dermatopathology, Dr. Battle is passionate about connecting what she sees in the lab with what her patients experience in real life. Outside of work, Dr. Battle enjoys traveling, reading novels, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter in Northwest Arkansas.

Rebekah Baltz, MD, FAAD

Board-Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Rebekah Baltz is a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in general and surgical dermatology, with particular expertise in dermoscopy, chronic skin conditions, and patch testing with the ACDS Core Allergen Series. A Russellville native, she graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with dual degrees in Biology and Spanish before earning her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. There, she was awarded the prestigious Roberts Key Award for achieving the highest grade point average across all four years of medical school. She went on to complete her internship at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and her dermatology residency at the Northwell Health Department of Dermatology in New Hyde Park, New York, where she served as Chief Resident and Cosmetic Clinic Organizer. At her graduation, she received the department’s sole resident honor, the Humanism Award, in recognition of her exemplary service, compassionate care, integrity, and leadership. Dr. Baltz is a former managing partner of Premier Dermatology and Premier Aesthetics, where she provided comprehensive dermatologic care to patients across Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Baltz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and an active member of the American Contact Dermatitis Society, the Arkansas Dermatologic Society, the Arkansas Medical Society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She and her husband are raising their four children in Fayetteville, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the natural beauty of Northwest Arkansas.

Dr. Blake Williams is a board-certified dermatologist who provides comprehensive care in medical and surgical dermatology. An Arkansas native, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Chemistry before earning his medical degree with Honors in Research from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA. He completed his internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at UAMS, where he published research in leading journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, and Transplant International. During this time, he was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and received multiple academic awards, including the Roberts Key Award, the Barton Foundation Scholarship, and the First Ranked Senior Scholar Award. Dr. Williams built a strong foundation as a managing partner at Premier Dermatology and Premier Aesthetics, honing his skills in complex dermatologic care and establishing long-term relationships with patients in Northwest Arkansas. Dr. Williams is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a past president of the Arkansas Dermatological Society. He has also been active in community service, serving as Director of Harmony Health’s Free Dermatology Clinic and volunteering at health fairs and free clinics across the state. Outside of work, Dr. Williams enjoys fishing, canoeing, and studying wilderness medicine. A fan of college football, he loves calling Northwest Arkansas home, where he lives with his wife and their three children.

Eric Belin, MD, FAAD

Board-Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Eric Belin is a board-certified dermatologist with more than two decades of experience in clinical care and leadership. A native of Fairland, Indiana, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned the Dean’s Award for academic excellence and the Student Leadership Award. He went on to receive his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1998, again earning the Dean’s Award along with the Family Practice Award. Dr. Belin completed his Family Medicine internship at Naval Hospital Pensacola—where he was named Intern of the Year—before training in dermatology at Bethesda Naval Hospital and Walter Reed Army Medical Center. He went on to serve in senior leadership roles as Chairman of Dermatology at both Bethesda and Portsmouth Naval Medical Centers, Dermatology Consultant for the White House and the U.S. Congress, and Consultant to the Navy Surgeon General. His 25-year Navy career included deployments to more than 20 countries, with two tours aboard the USNS Comfort in support of humanitarian relief missions. He retired from the Navy with the rank of Captain before joining Premier Dermatology in 2019. Dr. Belin is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is grateful to serve patients in Northwest Arkansas as part of the True Dermatology team who shares his commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Outside of medicine, Dr. Belin has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for over 30 years. Together they have four sons. He is active in his church and community and enjoys fishing, hiking, and exploring the natural beauty of the Ozarks.

Brittany Aguirre, PA-C

Brittany is a nationally certified physician assistant with more than a decade of experience in dermatology. A Springfield, Missouri native, she moved to Arkansas to attend Harding University, where she earned both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She has also achieved the honor of SDPA Diplomate status—the highest honor available to dermatology physician assistants. Brittany worked for Premier Dermatology in 2011-2025 and brings a wealth of dermatology experience to the True Dermatology team. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and values the long-term relationships she has built with families in Northwest Arkansas. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her three children and making the most of life in Northwest Arkansas, which she is proud to call home.

Hanna Cox, PA-C

Born and raised in Bentonville, Arkansas, Hanna has deep family roots in Northwest Arkansas dating back to the 1800s. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience from Harding University, followed by her master’s degree in physician assistant studies. Hanna is passionate about dermatology because she understands how closely skin health is tied to both physical well-being and self-confidence. Recognizing the importance of quality skin care to protect our largest organ and first defense against the outside world, she is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their skin. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is excited to serve patients in the Ozark region. Outside of work, Hanna enjoys gardening, baking, crocheting, and tending to her family’s beehives. She values time with family and the simple joys of life in Northwest Arkansas.

Brendi Gale, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Brendi is a certified nurse practitioner with a lifelong passion for patient care. Born in southern California, she moved to Bentonville at age ten and attended Bentonville schools before continuing her education at Baylor University, where she majored in Health Sciences. She later earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Arkansas, where she received numerous awards for her academic excellence. Brendi went on to earn her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arkansas in 2021 and was recognized as one of the Arkansas Great 100 Nurses. Her experience spans dermatology, emergency care, general surgery, and serving as a Trauma and Injury Prevention Coordinator. She is excited to incorporate skin health into her holistic approach to care with True Dermatology. She believes that dermatology is unique in its ability to impact both physical well-being and self-esteem. By helping patients manage conditions such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema, she finds fulfillment in supporting them on their journey to healthier, more confident skin. Brendi and her husband, her high school sweetheart, enjoy cooking, gardening, and caring for their dogs and cats.

Teresa is a certified physician assistant who has over a decade of dermatology experience in Northwest Arkansas. Born in Miami, Oklahoma, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University before completing her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa. Specializing in general dermatology, Teresa is passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care. She takes time to listen to her patients’ stories, ensuring they feel heard and included in the decision-making process. Her goal is to create an environment where patients never feel rushed and always feel confident in the care they receive. Outside of the clinic, Teresa and her husband stay busy with their four children. She recently took up mountain biking and knitting and is an avid reader. As a family, they share a goal of visiting every U.S. National Park.

Jennifer was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas and is proud to return home to serve the community she grew up in. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Norbert O. Schedler Honors College at the University of Central Arkansas, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), where she has achieved Diplomate status, the highest honor available to dermatology physician assistants. Following graduation, Jennifer and her husband relocated to Minnesota, where she spent six years practicing dermatology at Mayo Clinic. There, she built a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered care, always guided by the principle that the needs of the patient come first. She also served as a preceptor for local PA and nursing programs, mentoring the next generation of medical professionals. Jennifer is excited to bring her expertise and compassionate approach to Northwest Arkansas. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their three young boys, often exploring local parks, bike trails, or cheering from the sidelines at her sons’ sports activities.

Claire Cox, APRN

Claire is a nurse practitioner with a deep passion for skin health and patient care. Originally from Joplin, Missouri, she later moved to Northwest Arkansas to pursue her education, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas. After several years working as a registered nurse alongside Dr. Blake Williams, she expanded her role in patient care by completing a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati. Claire is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive dermatologic care. She finds fulfillment in helping patients manage acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other chronic skin conditions, as well as performing skin cancer screenings. Her greatest joy comes from seeing visible improvements in her patients’ skin and confidence. Claire takes a patient-centered approach, listening carefully, educating thoroughly, and partnering with patients throughout their skin health journey. Outside of work, Claire is a loyal Razorbacks and Green Bay Packers fan. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, and as the youngest of four siblings, treasures her close-knit bond with them. Claire and her golden retriever love exploring trails and new places across Northwest Arkansas.
